Elders is seeking a finance professional to lead its financial systems and reporting teams. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, technical expertise in finance software, and leadership skills.

About the Role

This role combines strategic planning with operational management, providing insights through financial analysis and reporting. You will work closely with various departments, supporting decision-making and ensuring the finance function operates effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and optimize finance systems for accurate and timely reporting.
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver high-quality financial reports, meeting business requirements and deadlines.
  • Provide financial analysis and commercial advice to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure smooth data migration into centralized systems for enhanced reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in finance processes, systems, and reporting tools.
  • Support business units with financial systems, providing user support and resolving system-related issues.
About You
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in finance, accounting, or business analysis with a strong understanding of ERP/Accounting packages.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and driving performance within a team.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial reporting tools, including Power BI, SSRS, SSAS, and SQL Server.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide technical finance matters.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service.
