Planning Expert

We seek an experienced Planning professional to manage planning approvals, deliver commercially astute analysis and research, and lead multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic consulting environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering client outcomes, with experience in the renewable energy sector being highly regarded. They will also possess expertise in EIS preparation and delivery for SSD and/or Infrastructure Applications, as well as demonstrated experience coordinating and managing multidisciplinary projects.

A strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this role, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proactive initiative in the workplace is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage planning approvals of varying complexity
  • Deliver commercially astute analysis and research to achieve exceptional results

  • Conduct thorough technical reviews and mentor junior staff

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Town Planning or equivalent
  • Proven track record in delivering client outcomes; experience in the renewable energy sector is highly regarded
  • Experience in EIS preparation and delivery for SSD and/or Infrastructure Applications
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating and managing multidisciplinary projects
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive initiative in the workplace
