We are seeking a skilled Estate Planning Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of deceased estates and the preparation of estate planning documents, including simple Wills to complex Wills incorporating testamentary trusts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review estate planning documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Administer deceased estates, handling all aspects from initial contact to final distribution of assets.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their estate planning needs and goals.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in Wills and Estates or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Able to build effective working relationships with clients.
