About the Role

The Community Access Unit is a dynamic team responsible for processing referrals from internal and external sources for Ambulatory Care and Community Services. As an Ambulatory Care Clinician, you will refine your clinical skills while maintaining patient-centered care, providing a holistic view of the care continuum.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • ">
  • Current clinical qualification and registration as a Registered Nurse or in an Allied Health discipline">
  • Current registration with AHPRA">
  • Knowledge of patient pathways through the acute, subacute, ambulatory, and community service">
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience">
  • A strong commitment to high-quality care">
  • The ability to work as part of a diverse team">
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills">

Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on providing evidence of current vaccination against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza prior to commencing employment.
