Our Services

The Cognitive Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS) is a multidisciplinary specialist service offering early diagnosis, advice, support and referral for individuals experiencing cognitive difficulties causing memory loss or thinking problems.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Allied Health Clinician to join our CDAMS team. As a clinical expert in dementia diagnosis and management, you will utilise your expertise to deliver high-quality person-centred care to clients referred to the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, treat and manage individuals with dementia and other cognitive impairments
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless client care
  • Contribute to the development of education programs and resources

Requirements

  • Recognised tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Current professional practising certificate/registration (if applicable)
  • Eligible for membership of relevant discipline professional association
  • Significant experience and expertise in assessment, treatment and management of persons with dementia
  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills
