About the Role

This role provides a unique chance to refine clinical skills while maintaining patient-centred care and gaining a holistic view of the care continuum. The successful candidate will process referrals from internal and external sources, working in a supportive environment to expand knowledge on Eastern Health's ambulatory care and community services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Current clinical qualification and registration as a Registered Nurse or in an Allied Health discipline
