Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with relevant qualification and experience">
  • Experience assessing aged care residents and formulating care plans">
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues">
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and achieving positive resident outcomes">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Proficiency in using information technology, including MS Office">
