Retail Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Retail Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have a strong retail sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and promoting products effectively.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain visually appealing store displays, ensuring products are merchandised effectively and consistently.
  • Inventory Management: Process merchandise deliveries efficiently, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Requirements:
  • Retail Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
