Senior Leisure Manager Role

About the Job
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all guests and residents, ensuring their satisfaction is paramount.
  • Manage a team of staff, including roster preparation, performance management, and recruitment of new talent.
  • Oversee finance and resource management for consumables, grounds, and buildings, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with construction and development teams to deliver new cabins and refurbishment projects.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards.
  • Collect outstanding payments from residents in a timely and respectful manner.
  • Respond to emergency situations as required.

What We're Looking For

  • A background in tourism, property, sales, or venue management, with a passion for the industry.
  • Experience in managing similar assets, preferably Tourist/Caravan Parks.
  • Commercial awareness, knowing your competition and developing business strategies.
  • Promoting and selling permanent sites when required.
  • Operational and project management skills.
  • People management skills.
  • Experience using systems such as Newbook or similar booking software.
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Ability to exceed expectations to meet company objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
