About This Opportunity:

We're seeking an accomplished Project Director to oversee project mobilization, execution, and completion at customer sites. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing site mobilization and execution plans
  • Managing site administration, organization, and resource planning
  • Advising on installation activities and coordinating execution schedules
  • Ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, and HSSE policies
  • Conducting site inductions for all personnel
  • Organizing and leading site meetings
  • Establishing and maintaining effective site reporting practices
  • Monitoring work progress and collecting accurate reports
  • Promoting cost-effective and efficient construction practices
  • Managing site budgets and controlling costs
  • Participating in subcontracting and local procurement activities
  • Ensuring quality control and minimizing risks throughout site execution
  • Overseeing site demobilization and ensuring contractual obligations are met
  • Leading the final handover of the project to the customer

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience in project management, preferably in marine or energy projects
  • Understanding of local regulations and safety standards
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
