About the Role

We are seeking a natural leader to step into a key management position at our leisure centre. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will drive operational excellence and support staff to deliver outstanding results across all areas.

As a mid-senior level manager, you will oversee key functions including sales, member retention, guest experience, customer service, health and wellbeing to drive overall success. You will also have an understanding of workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and organisational standards.
