Job Title: Site Operations Director

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Director to lead complex site operations and contribute to building a more sustainable future.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience in site management, preferably in marine or energy projects. They will be responsible for overseeing the mobilization, execution, and completion of projects at our customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mobilize, execute, and complete projects at customer sites
  • Lead site administration, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Manage site budgets and control costs
  • Ensure quality control and minimize risks throughout site execution
  • Oversee site demobilization and ensure contractual obligations are met

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience in site management, preferably in marine or energy projects
  • Understanding of local regulations and safety standards
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
  • Effective communication skills
