Part-Time Ecommerce Operations Assistant

This role will support our operations team with tasks across the entire ecommerce business.

  • Maintaining website content including product upload, tagging, categorisation and merchandising
  • Order pick, pack and dispatch
  • Restocking pick bins and unpacking bulk deliveries
  • Data entry, returns processing and administration
  • Assisting with photoshoots and content creation

Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, meeting productivity standards and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

  • A proactive attitude and ability to work as part of a cohesive team
  • Digital proficiency and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Curious, problem-solving skills with adaptability and versatility
  • A strong interest or experience in fashion, ecommerce and customer experience
  • Tertiary qualification or working towards one
  • Physical fitness
