**More about what you'll do**
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated eCommerce Product Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, this role will play a pivotal role in managing our eCommerce system development, including bug fixes, enhancements, and contributing to innovative solutions. The eCommerce Product Specialist will ensure a seamless user experience, timely issue resolution, and contribute to the growth of our eCommerce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing eCommerce system bug resolution process, including ticket creation, development assistance, testing, and release.
- Collaborating on eCommerce system enhancements by brainstorming with the eCommerce Manager, creating tickets, assisting in development, testing, and coordinating releases.
- Contributing to eCommerce system innovations, from brainstorming to testing, ensuring timely and efficient releases.
- Assisting in sprint planning and manage the Jira board throughout sprints.
- Coordinating the release process with sign-off from eCommerce Managers.
- Managing HELP desk tickets by investigating, resolving, and communicating outcomes.

To be successful in this role we are looking for an individual with the following skills and experience:
- Tertiary education in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Significant experience in customer service or related roles is highly preferred.
- Willingness to learn eCommerce dynamics.
- Business Intelligence skills are an advantage.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in consultation and communication across all levels.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Sound judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Focus on continuous improvement and delivering results.
- Results-oriented and capable of working independently.
