Logistics Coordinator for Data Center Operations

This is a pivotal role within our global infrastructure team, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our data centers. The Logistics Coordinator will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including software and hardware engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other key roles to deliver exceptional safety and security standards while providing unparalleled capacity at optimized costs.

This dynamic and diverse position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities. As a Logistics Coordinator, primary responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels to ensure stock items are readily available to support build and repair activities, receiving parts, checking shipments, issuing parts as needed for internal customers, loading and unloading shipments, transporting parts between sites, maintaining accurate stock records, and upholding the cleanliness, organization, and safety of all workspaces.

A Day in the Life:

The Logistics Coordinator's day will be spent carrying out logistical support functions for our data centers, involving physical control and processing of spare parts transactions, consumables stock replenishment, and cycle counting of stock.

Some travel may be required between sites to successfully complete tasks. Own transport to travel between sites will be necessary. The role may also involve working in the data center outside regular hours or on weekends on occasion.

Key Responsibilities:
