Job Brief

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the movement of trailers and coordinating yard activities.

  • Coordinate trailer moves and manage yard operations to ensure efficient traffic flow and communication between teams.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators for the site and conduct regular audits to optimize the transportation network.
  • Collaborate with dock teams, Network Operations Center, and carriers to resolve delays and escalate issues as needed.
  • Create daily load plans to ensure timely trailer arrivals and departures.
  • Monitor and report on trailer movement, delays, and disruptions.

This role requires experience in logistics or a related field, knowledge of transportation equipment, and strong data management skills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25kg during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
