Job Title: Logistics Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team in Perth CBD.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking stakeholder engagement to ensure understanding of bookings and approvals process
  • Daily management of the Workflow task panel to ensure timely completion of booking requests
  • Assisting with generation of reports as required by the business
  • Booking of commercial flights through on-line booking tool or via phone
  • Generating flight manifests as required for charter and commercial block seat arrangements
  • Identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business processes
  • Planning, communication and successful execution of immediate travel and accommodation changes for unplanned events
  • Assistance in planning and execution of any project activities as required
  • Validation and cleansing of SAM and workflow profile data
  • Assisting/liaising with Resource Coordinators for Shutdown logistics planning and execution
  • Identification and communication of critical issues arising from departmental logistics plans, system anomalies etc

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to meet business objectives
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage workflow tasks
  • Analyze and resolve operational issues to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support business decision-making

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role
  • A high level of knowledge of Workflow and SAM software products
  • Sound knowledge of ERM
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
