Job Overview

This role provides administration support and coordination as well as systems maintenance to enable the effective operation of our business function.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal processes, including CRM tools, governance reviews, document control and content management.
  • Deliver timely support to business development teams and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain customer, campaign and contact records in line with data integrity standards.
  • Provide first-level user assistance, including on boarding support for new users.
  • Schedule, organise and coordinate decision gate reviews.
  • Prepare and distribute review templates, agendas and input requests.
  • Maintain SharePoint site structure, user permissions and content libraries.
  • Participate in selected campaign reviews and debrief sessions.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications, with demonstrated proficiency in Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint.
  • Understanding of CRM systems and their role in supporting business development.
  • Knowledge of document control principles, including version management.
  • Awareness of governance processes and review protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness of outputs.
  • Ability to organise work, manage competing priorities and meet timelines.
  • Awareness of confidentiality and information security requirements.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and willingness to expand skills in operations and data analytics.
