Desktop Support Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to join our IT team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality desk-side and remote customer support.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a small team setting, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot complex problems using various tools and technologies.
  • Ensure all conference rooms are fully functional and well-maintained.
  • Document and escalate issues using our incident management system.
  • Adhere to best practices in incident management, problem management, change management, and knowledge management.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with the wider IT support team to deliver exceptional customer support.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance clients' experience with our technology solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of general IT support experience in a professional environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 within an organization.
  • Experience with hardware deployment methods using image deployment tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot web-based applications.
  • Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective communication abilities with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and set service expectations with clients.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Windows 11.
