Lead Research Scientist - Video & Audio Generative AI

We're seeking a visionary research leader to spearhead our AI video and audio generation efforts.

  • Team Leadership: Develop and mentor a high-performing team of research scientists specializing in video generation.
  • Strategic Direction: Define research agendas aligned with our product goals, focusing on AI-driven video creation.
  • Technical Oversight: Guide the development of models using diffusion transformers, GANs, and autoregressive architectures for video and audio synthesis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate research outcomes into our platform.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent us in the AI research community through publications, conferences, and open-source contributions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Deep expertise in machine learning techniques pertinent to video synthesis, such as diffusion models and GANs.
  • A strong track record of translating research into scalable, user-facing products.
  • Experience leading research teams in the field of AI video and/or audio generation or related areas.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
