    Mentor a team of high-performing research scientists specializing in video generation, setting strategic direction and ensuring the translation of research into impactful products.

  • Thought Leader

    Represent us in the AI research community through publications, conferences, and open-source contributions, showcasing your expertise and passion for applying AI to enhance user experiences.

The ideal candidate has led research teams in AI video and/or audio generation, possesses deep knowledge in machine learning techniques pertinent to video synthesis, demonstrates a strong track record of translating research into scalable, user-facing products, excels in setting strategic research directions, is an effective communicator, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, stays abreast of the latest developments in AI, and is passionate about applying them to enhance user experiences.
