Job Summary:

This is a leadership role for an expert in AI who is passionate about cultivating talent, shaping research vision, and partnering to embed cutting-edge technology into user experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Coaching and mentoring a team of experts specializing in video generation.
  • Strategic Direction: Defining research agendas aligned with product goals, particularly in AI-driven video creation.
  • Technical Oversight: Guiding the development of models utilizing diffusion transformers, GANs, and autoregressive architectures for video and audio synthesis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with engineering teams to integrate research outcomes into products.
  • Thought Leadership: Representing the organization in the AI community through publications, conferences, and open-source contributions.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders, stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, and be passionate about applying them to enhance user experiences.

Required Skills:
  • Expertise in machine learning techniques, specifically diffusion models and GANs.
  • Experience in setting strategic research directions and aligning them with business objectives.
