Investigations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Group Investigations function. This role involves overseeing investigations into internal and whistleblower matters, leading fraud detection efforts, and ensuring our processes align with our standards.

This is a hands-on and strategic position that requires strong leadership skills, guiding a team with confidence, building trust, and staying focused on what matters. You will work closely with senior leaders across the business to deliver on internal fraud, whistleblower, and law enforcement requests.

As an investigations leader, you will be responsible for preparing reports for Executive review, attending court hearings when needed, and representing us professionally in legal proceedings. You will also be a key contact for external stakeholders, including law enforcement and industry bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple team leaders and drive delivery on internal fraud, whistleblower, and law enforcement requests.
  • Oversee investigations into internal and whistleblower matters, lead fraud detection efforts, and ensure processes align with our standards.
  • Prepare reports for Executive review, attend court hearings, and represent us professionally in legal proceedings.
