We're seeking a skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our APAC Solution Customer Success team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to build strong partnerships with customers, drive adoption of our products/solutions, and ensure they realize value from their investment.

About the Role

  • You will act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Your key focus areas will include customer onboarding, adoption, and retention, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions into their workflows.
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • A strong understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud solutions and ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner are essential for this role.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success, preferably within large Commercial Enterprise environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, resource orchestration, and effective engagement models.
  • Experience driving customer business transformation via product and service offerings is highly desirable.
  • Possess excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform under pressure.
