Job Description: We are seeking a Cyber Risk Specialist with underwriting expertise to join our team. As a key member of our Cyber and Technology Practice, you will be responsible for delivering underwriting profit and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving financial targets for allocated broker panels
  • Distributing products through set activities (broker visits, key account management, prospecting, and new business generation)
  • Utilizing delegated underwriting authority appropriately
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments
  • Deploying capacity on new and renewal business, including endorsement of existing coverage
  • Adhering to product guidelines and initiatives, including growth or diversification strategies and remedial action if required
  • Developing and executing a personal distribution plan for assigned brokers
  • Closely collaborating with Practice Leaders and Product Line Managers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
