Strategic Underwriting Professional

Unlock business growth as a senior underwriting specialist with a leading insurance company.

A key role in the organization's mission is to drive both portfolio performance and market impact through precise underwriting combined with broker relationship leadership.

You will be responsible for underwriting complex risks while executing sales, retention, and distribution strategies across various regions. This includes managing key accounts, implementing partnership agreements, and maintaining CRM systems for seamless pipeline tracking.

Success in this position will depend on your ability to translate complex risk into actionable decisions while strengthening strategic relationships with brokers.

  • 5+ years of senior underwriting experience in cyber insurance or closely related fields.
  • Strong technical knowledge of cyber risk pricing, selection, and product design.
  • Proven success in building and managing broker relationships within the general insurance market.
  • Commercially minded with experience delivering retention and growth strategies.
  • Proficient in CRM software, reporting tools, and data-driven decision making.
