Financial Performance Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in the financial success of the organisation. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare supplier invoices for payment, ensuring timely payments are made weekly and monthly;">
  • Reconcile supplier statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies;">
  • Respond to queries from suppliers and contractors in a professional and timely manner;">
  • Reconcile credit card spending to maintain accurate records;">
  • Conduct month-end reconciliation of creditors' general ledger and subsidiary ledger accounts;">
  • Perform ad-hoc duties and administrative support as required;">
  • Assist the Chief Financial Officer with month-end activities.">

Essential Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Proficiency in MYOB is a must;">
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable/receivable;">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;">
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.">
