Occupational Support Specialist

This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote meaningful activities and enhance patient participation.
About the Role:The successful applicant will work directly with Occupational Therapists to facilitate individual and group-based interventions, focusing on promoting activity, engagement, and social connection.
Duties:- Facilitate individual intervention sessions aligned with OT goals and document observations and consumer feedback.
- Conduct group evaluations and maintain attendance records.
- Complete allocated tasks to support service preparation and delivery, including audits, resource development, and proposals.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapy Assistant who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or final year of an accredited undergraduate allied health course.
- Experience in supporting delivery of group and individual interventions.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on patients' lives.
- Excellent supervision and investment in skill development.
