Transport Operations Manager Job

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Transport Operations Manager to lead our team of cartage professionals. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results for clients by overseeing the management of import and export sea operations, ensuring timely clearance documents are lodged with airlines and shipping lines.

  • Candidate must have at least 3 years' experience in managing complex customer service issues and possess excellent communication skills.
  • A strong attention to detail is essential as well as high-level computer literacy and experience in using software such as CargoWise.
  • The successful candidate will also be required to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, clients, and suppliers.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years' cartage management experience in freight forwarding

  • Experience in processing and completing FCL, LCL, and air cartage deliveries
  • High-level attention to detail
  • High-level of computer literacy and experience in using CargoWise software
