Job Summary

As a Strategic Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for leading the construction portfolio for a large-scale development project. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to KSA Vision 2030 and join an organization involved in one of the biggest real estate developments in the KSA Region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the development of portfolio/overall schedules and implement mechanisms for monitoring subsequent progress against the plan
  • Develop/review the development of working programs in coordination with the development and delivery teams
  • Provide/review schedule analysis, forecasts, and what-if scenarios required to support strategic planning
  • Maintain and manage the master program, including sitewide activities, logistics, and interfaces coordination for the assets

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or any related construction field
  • Minimum 18 years of experience, out of which the last 8 years in a managerial role
