Job Description:
As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. You will be responsible for delivering administrative and organizational support to aid project success.
Responsibilities Include:
- Purchasing equipment and supplies for the depot
- Ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination
- Collecting, maintaining, and processing data and documents
- Summarizing key points and compiling reports
- Facilitating time sheeting and leave application processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional level experience in departmental and administrative systems
- Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Relevant work experience in sectors such as civil engineering, construction, or oil and gas
- High attention to detail and prior experience with Office365
