About us

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.

This role requires someone who can effectively support senior management and engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of our offices.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Project work: Produce and deliver project-related documents and drawings as needed.
  • Office Management: Manage daily office operations, oversee office stock and supplies, and handle confidential information.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with events such as morning teas, training workshops, and catering.
  • Travel Coordination: Handle domestic and international travel arrangements for the team.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for colleagues, contractors, and tradespersons.
  • Project Support: Assist the team with projects and document control.

The requirements for this role are:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in an Administrative/Business Support role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Demonstrated typing skills at around 60 wpm.
  • Previous file management/document control experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport across teams.
