Job Overview
We are seeking a Coordinator to provide administrative support and work coordination assistance to the Superintendent.
This role focuses on customer service, quality control, and operational effectiveness to meet stakeholder needs.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will execute goods release, work orders, and service entries in SAP, generate and analyze reports for the Superintendent, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, provide information to support decision-making, and manage expenses, accommodation, and travel bookings.
About the Role
This is a long-term opportunity at a large open pit mine site, with significant infrastructure networks and amenities such as internet bandwidth, walking trails, swimming pool, and recreational facilities.

- Proven experience in administration and/or secretarial positions
- Advanced skills in computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience using SAP, INX, Inflight, and data management systems
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, typing accuracy, and customer service
- WA 'C' Class Drivers' License
- National Police clearance required
