Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to design innovative solutions, troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design systems, services and interfaces that meet project and business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues by working closely with functional and non-functional testers.
  • Collaborate with vendors, IT teams and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure solutions are consistent and viable.
  • Develop, analyze, prioritize and organize requirement specifications for vendors and testers to follow.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in systems analysis, integration and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of APIs, SOAP web services and other integration services is beneficial.
  • Experience working with user interface interacting systems.
  • Lending systems experience, including PEGA.
Additional Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
