Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our fashion accessories product category. This role involves strategic planning to maximize product offerings through sourcing and programming opportunities aligned with company strategy, customer profile, and revenue goals.

This position requires strong analytical skills, with the ability to work under deadlines and manage staff. A proven track record in retail buying is essential, along with knowledge of the fashion accessories category and intermediate Excel and Word literacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Productivity - Maximize sales revenue by strategically planning and executing product offerings.
  • Gross Profit - Monitor and optimize gross profit margins through effective inventory management and pricing strategies.
  • Inventory Management - Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Strategic Planning - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • New Brand Acquisition - Identify and acquire new brands that align with company strategy and customer profile.
  • Customer Focus - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maximizing Marketing/Promotional Opportunities - Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize promotional opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Training and Development - Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
