Key Accountabilities

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital
- Manage the audience acquisition, retention and engagement on all social media.
- Research competitors, create and schedule 3 x EDMs per week on Klaviyo
- Overseeing the online launch for new collections and executing supporting launches and marketing on website and social media channels.
- Manage the team to create on brand content for all social media platforms including, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Create and maintain collections on all social media channels.
Press, PR & Media
- Communicate and coordinate all loan requests from PR and styling agencies
- Highlight brand opportunities for PR activations across multiple channels
- Develop PR opportunities for in house events, showing and media/press events.
- Develop and manage brand partnerships and collaborations
Campaign Management
- Building digital campaign plans and calendars, see through to execution - in collaboration with the design and ecommerce team, as well as digital marketing agency.
- Research, create and maintain effective digital creatives for marketing agency to drive sales and increase brand recognition.
- Track and provide reporting to CEO for digital campaign efforts.
- Coordinator and drive all meetings with digital marketing agency so campaigns are schedule appropriately, within budget and effectively.
- Working cross-functionally with the Marketing, design, ecommerce, retail and Creative teams to deliver engaging & high performing digital campaigns across multiple channels
Influencers
- Proactively drive ideas and opportunities to build the brand through social media and influencer initiatives and activations.
- Build network of loyal influencers. Negotiate and execute with influencers of all scales
Content Production
- Drive creative and unique content production, development & innovation for photoshoots, look books, ads, special events and content shoots within a set annual budget. This includes shoot locations, accessories, sourcing, model package negotiation with agencies, concepts and model castings.
Brand Development
- Develop and drive the Brand marketing calendar, ensuring that the brand is marketed way which upholds brand values, drives customer acquisition and sales opportunities.
- Continual refinement of brand tone and aesthetic
- Lead the marketing and creative teams to deliver on key objectives across brand design, digital marketing campaigns, social media initiatives and events.
- Liaise with the wholesale and retail team to develop and build relationships with key accounts to increase brand presence and awareness on relevant channels.
Business & Reporting
- Run fortnightly social media reports, to gather information around social media stats (including revenue and content performance) and identify opportunities.
- Ability to identity low grossing products and drive sales via markdowns, creative concepts for ads to boost sales.
- Develop insights and lead reporting to summarise brand campaigns and to enhance decision making accuracy (provide analysis & commentary on current brand marketing performance, areas of improvement and opportunities)
- Research & analyse customer needs to identify new Marketing/Brand opportunities.
- Create and drive unique opportunities to increase return customer retention via Google Analytics and Shopify reporting.
**Requirements**:
- Tertiary degree qualifications in Marketing
- Genuine experience in a similar role in the Fashion, retail or Beauty industries of greater than 3 years
- Understanding of fashion fabrications
- Adobe Suite skills; Illustrator or Photoshop (essential)
- Advanced familiarity with Klayvio
