Workplace Health and Rehabilitation Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Manager to lead our Workplace Health and Rehabilitation team in Sydney CBD.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a high-calibre professional to take on a leadership position with a reputable organisation. As Executive Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 20 staff members, providing training and coaching, managing customer relationships, ensuring quality assurance, and overseeing recruitment and retention.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in workplace rehabilitation, allied health experience, and excellent leadership skills. You will be passionate about engaging and developing your team, building robust customer relationships, and driving continuous service improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise performance and development
  • Foster strong relationships with existing customers and new business partners
  • Ensure compliance and quality across all services
  • Recruit and retain high-quality individuals to join the team
  • Oversee financial management and contribute to the organisation's growth
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a highly competitive salary package of $160,000 - $200,000 per annum, plus superannuation and bonus incentives. Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in workplace rehabilitation
  • Allied health qualifications and relevant professional membership
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • A commitment to ongoing service improvement and innovation
