The salary package includes $160-200,000 + Super + Bonus. A generous performance-based bonus is available based on team performance and individual contribution.

Job Description

As the Executive Manager – Allied Health, you will be responsible for leading our multi-disciplinary team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic leadership – foster an engaged and high-performing culture.
  • Training and coaching – work with individuals to optimise performance and development.
  • Customer relationship management – foster robust relationships with existing customers.
  • Quality assurance – ensure compliance and quality across all services.
  • Recruitment and retention – identify and attract high-quality individuals.
  • Financial management – work with your team to ensure targets are being met.

Other responsibilities include managing budgets and contributing to the company's financial growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in Workplace Rehabilitation.
  • Allied health professional with relevant professional membership.
  • Demonstrated ability building and managing teams.
  • Outstanding customer relationship management skills.
  • Commitment to ongoing service improvement and innovation.
  • Understanding of quality assurance and compliance.
  • Strong financial management skills.
