About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position requiring occasional domestic and international travel. You will be responsible for developing a professional network at current and potential key accounts, while managing a strategic and direct sales process in a matrixed team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Secure new business with new accounts through prospecting, selling, and negotiating
  • Cross-sell new solutions with existing accounts to drive revenue growth
  • Built strong relationships with customers, C-suite, and internal/external stakeholders to increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage a strategic and direct sales process in a matrixed environment to achieve sales targets
  • Plan and execute territory and account strategies using sales methodology tools such as MEDDPICC and Franklin Covey
  • Salesforce data compliance and revenue forecasting in line with standard business requirements
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in new business prospecting, selling, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong collaborative approach to work with colleagues towards shared goals and success
  • Experience in consultative/value/solution-selling in complex sales processes
  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or academic markets
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
