Job Opportunity for Inside Sales ProfessionalWe are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as an Inside Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Travel consultants and overseeing the delivery of remote side-by-side coaching.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a team of Travel consultants
  • Delivering remote side-by-side coaching
  • Monitoring agent calls and sales skills
  • Taking ownership of escalated customer care cases
  • Fixing package errors and building relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of inside sales or outbound call center experience in the travel industry
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong phone presence and experience handling dozens of calls per day
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and excellent communication skills. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
