The Operational Growth Driver

As the key second-in-command to the Commercial Director, you will drive operational growth and performance improvement in this high-pressure inside sales contact centre setting. With three call centres under your management, you will oversee a team of over 90 staff, developing leaders below you while maintaining a balance between daily performance and strategic thinking.

 

The Ideal Candidate Profile

You are a senior call centre professional with extensive experience leading large operations and a passion for driving excellence, developing talent, and achieving results through people. You thrive in fast-paced inside sales environments, bringing strategic thinking and influencing skills to lead operational growth. Data analysis is crucial, so you possess high-level analytical skills and experience working with digital marketing and lead generation teams.

 

Critical Leadership Skills Required

  • Developed leadership skills, both hands-on and strategic
  • Prolonged track record of developing talent and best practices
  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading leaders in contact centres, coupled with expertise in contact centre systems and operations
  • Strong sales operations leadership and continuous improvement experience
