The Inside Sales Representative will be based in Sydney, Australia and will report directly to Vice President & Managing Director, ANZ Sales. This is a contract position, and it is a 2 day a week role.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong understanding of our products and services.


Responsibilities
  • Book meetings based on cold calling; not responsible for selling products.
  • ISR will be paid a bonus for every meeting they book plus additional bonuses for every meeting that converts to an opportunity.
  • Definition of a lead is clearly defined; compensation excludes 1s and 2s.
  • All leads go directly to the Sales BDM.
  • All calls are logged in CRM and reports are generated from CRM.
  • Role is office-based Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or customer service.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
