We're establishing our presence in Clayton, Australia, a region renowned for its scientific and technological innovation, to advance our mission of bringing mRNA medicines to the world. Our Clayton office focuses on supporting our manufacturing and supply chain operations to ensure seamless delivery and production.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the advancement of our Warehouse compliance at the Clayton site, ensuring our Warehouse processes meet the highest standards of regulatory and operational readiness.

You will be an essential contributor in reviewing and optimizing standard operating procedures, training local teams, managing warehouse documentation, and collaborating with both local and global stakeholders. Your work will be vital in maintaining GMP standards and enabling our commitment to global health advancements.

• Managing compliance documentation to support efficient inbound and outbound processes is key.

• Reviewing SOPs for site Warehouse functions to ensure ongoing compliance and operational excellence is crucial.

• Revising training modules for local supply chain associates in collaboration with the Supply Chain Director is essential.

• Supporting warehouse specialists by managing documentation for cycle counting and peaking activities is vital.

• Handling documentation for sample movements in alignment with company standards is necessary.

• Managing deviations within the warehouse, working closely with the Warehouse Operations Lead and QA/QC team is critical.

• Overseeing GMP requirements for the warehouse, proposing actionable steps for ongoing GMP readiness and compliance is key.

• Conducting export control for outbound shipments abroad, ensuring regulatory compliance is essential.

• Monitoring and managing alarms (e.g., freezer alarms), addressing deviations as required is vital.

A University degree in biology or chemical is preferred, but not essential. We're looking for candidates with 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain or Warehousing including Audit Management, SOP Revisions, and working with SAP in a Pharmaceutical and Biotech manufacturing environment.

Supply Chain Project Management experience is also preferred. This position is site-based, requiring you to be at our site full-time. This position is not eligible for remote work.
