Job Title: Vehicle Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our vehicle fleet.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our vehicle fleet, including cleaning, fuelling, and inspecting vehicles to ensure they are in good working order. You will also be responsible for moving vehicles to and from various locations, as well as assisting with the preparation of vehicles for service and warranty work.

You will work closely with our logistics team to ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and prepared for customer use. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organized and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and fueled on a daily basis
  • Manage the movement of vehicles to and from various locations
  • Inspect and review accident-repaired vehicles
  • Organize depot areas to ensure efficient use of space
  • Assist with the preparation of vehicles for service and warranty work
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full Australian driver's license
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
