About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our Assets and Operations Business Change Team for a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity.

This role can be based anywhere within our operational footprint, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving the successful execution of change management plans for specific projects and initiatives across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management plans for specific projects and initiatives
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and develop communication and engagement strategies to ensure effective engagement with all stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver training programs to promote employee adoption and usage of new processes and technologies
  • Monitor and measure change progress, identify potential barriers to adoption, and recommend and implement strategies to overcome them
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure change management activities are integrated into project plans
About You

You will be experienced in change management, adept at implementing change in large, complex organisations, preferably within the utilities industry.

Your strong project management skills will enable you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

You will be an excellent communicator and a strategic thinker who thrives under pressure.

Familiarity with change management methodologies like Prosci or ADKAR, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, will be highly advantageous.

You will demonstrate innovative problem-solving skills and an ability to maintain strong working relationships while driving successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Change Management or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
