About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at Commonwealth Bank. As a key member of our Private Bank and Advice Experiences crew, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change and improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Change Interventions: Develop and deliver high-quality change approaches and interventions to ensure effective and sustainable implementation of programs of change.
  • Support Business Readiness and Transition: Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, implement, and report on change activities, ensuring business readiness and successful project delivery.
  • Conduct Change Analysis and Impact Assessments: Analyze change impacts on stakeholders and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure successful adoption.
  • Develop and Deliver Communications: Create clear, concise, and engaging communications to inform stakeholders about upcoming changes and initiatives.
  • Support Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business groups and end-users, to ensure effective change management.
Requirements
  • Change Management Experience: Proven experience in leading smaller scale change programs or working as part of a change team on medium or large-scale changes.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business groups and end-users.
  • Business and Change Analysis Skills: Experience in business and change analysis, data gathering, and stakeholder impact skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to create a shared vision and communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
