We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at CommBank. As a key member of our Change Management Chapter Area, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of change initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to drive business outcomes and minimize disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver change interventions, including training programs, communications, and process improvements.
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify and mitigate risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful implementation.
- Lead the development of change collateral, including presentations, training materials, and communications, to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
- Design and implement business readiness tracking metrics to monitor progress and adoption.
- Transition change into business as usual, using metrics to monitor progress, adoption, and sustainability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance business relationships and understand and manage the impacts of change.
- Proven experience in change management, with a strong track record of delivering successful change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience with agile practices and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
