Key Responsibilities- Design and Implement Change Interventions: Develop and deliver high-quality change approaches and interventions to ensure effective and sustainable implementation of programs of change.
- Support Business Readiness: Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct current and future state gap analysis, and support the coordination of planning, implementing, and reporting of change activities.
- Communicate Change Effectively: Write clear, concise, and engaging communications to inform our people about upcoming changes and initiatives.
- Monitor Adoption and Success Metrics: Support the monitoring of adoption and success metrics to ensure business readiness and transition activities are successful.
- Change Management Experience: Proven experience leading smaller-scale change programs or working as part of a change team on medium- or large-scale changes with a focus on organizational change.
- Strong Stakeholder Management Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders, business groups, and end-users to conduct current and future state gap analysis.
- Business and Change Analysis Skills: Experience in business and change analysis, data gathering, and stakeholder impact skills.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve deadlines and prioritize effectively.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to create a shared vision and communicate effectively with a range of audiences.
