**Job Title:** Head Of Engineering
DescriptionThis is a leadership role where you will oversee the strategic direction and operational delivery of engineering services for a large-scale rail network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent leadership skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical experts to deliver safe, reliable, and commercially competitive engineering services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve asset management, supply chain performance, and contract management.
- Provide design, engineering, and technical assurance services to ensure safety and integrity.
- Deliver fleet maintenance services, including cleanliness and operational readiness.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in a senior role, preferably in the rail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
