Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage a team of rail engineers and technical specialists.

This is a critical role in the delivery of successful outcomes for clients, requiring strong leadership and technical expertise.

  • Oversee the development and implementation of rail design and construction plans.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project budgets and schedules are managed effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, preferably with RPEQ status, and 10-15+ years of experience in engineering consultancy.

You will possess excellent technical capability across rail engineering, effective business development skills, and the ability to build resources and capability within the NSW rail team.
